FAQ MYME

The frame will be automatically applied over the selfie taken by the Totem. It must therefore be in png format, be 1080x1920px in size and the inner area must be transparent so as not to cover the selfie.

The template will be automatically applied over the selfie taken by the Totem. It must therefore be in png format, have dimensions of 1080x1920px and the internal area must be transparent so as not to cover the selfie. We recommend always viewing the preview to check that the template overlaps the frame correctly.

As happens when taking a selfie from a smartphone, the image is reversed. The lettering on the template will also be reversed. We therefore do not recommend placing inscriptions in the templates.

Log on to the MyME portal. To search for specific user data, download the CSV file from the 'User Data' page and use a programme (Excel for example) to process it.

Log in to the MyME portal. On the 'Selfie' page, you can view all collected shots with their respective data.

First check the event configuration: log into the MyME portal and check that the page and/or Facebook album data entered are correct (see Faq 16).

If the configuration is correct, check on the totem that you are connected to Facebook with the same administrator user as the page you want to publish on. Then check that you have authorised the publication of photos on the Facebook page (or album).

If the configuration has changed, a hidden browser page will open in the background when the totem is restarted. With the supplied keyboard press "F1" to enter "Debug-Mode" or Dekiosk the App to get free access (see manual). Open the browser page and follow the on-screen procedures, accessing Facebook (if required) and then authorising publication on the page of which you are administrator.

WARNING: If the browser page does not open, please contact support.

Access the MyME portal and check that the event configuration is correct (in particular, that the "send mail" option is selected); if it is, check that the photos have been uploaded correctly on the "Selfie" page. If they are not, check that the Totem is connected to the Internet (see Faq 19).

If the Totem is connected to the Internet and correctly configured, contact support.

To modify an event in progress, access the MyME portal and make the desired changes. For these to be active, restart the Totem. Once the event has ended, it will no longer be editable.
CAUTION: In the case of Instantwin, it is necessary to manage the value of prizes in accordance with ministerial regulations governing prize competitions.

To change the language of an event, go to the MyME portal and select the desired event. Press "edit" and choose the desired language from the drop-down list. For the change to be active, restart the Totem. Once the event has ended, it will no longer be editable.

The language of the MyME portal depends on the language of the browser used for navigation. To change it, the display language of the browser itself must be changed.

To test an event, it is advisable to create a copy of it in the MyME portal. Set the date on which you want to test (e.g. the current day). Then assign the Totem to the created event (making sure it is not combined with another event) and save.

You can ONLY create events with a single time interval (i.e. events covering consecutive days). If the event includes non-activity days, an event for each time interval must be created on the MyME portal.

Check the correct configuration of the event from the MyME portal (event dates, totem association, etc.). Then check that the Totem is connected to the Internet via the dedicated panel (see Faq 19).

If the problem persists, contact support.

Only one question with a maximum of 5 answers can be entered in the survey.

It is not possible to use an event that has already been created. However, it is possible to duplicate an event that has already been created: the same characteristics of the first event will be retained, you will then only have to choose a new allocation period and the totem to be used.

ATTENTION: In the case of InstaWin, it will be necessary to set the start date from the day after publication.

The privacy document must be correctly filled out in all its mandatory parts before associating it with an event: 'Language', 'Name' and 'Main text' on the first screen, 'Consent' and 'Release' on the second screen. If the event involves InstaWin and/or publication on Facebook, the corresponding parts of the privacy document must be filled in ('Consent to third parties' and 'Participation in the competition').

Yes, in case of prolonged inactivity switch the totem on and make sure that the date and time on the PC are correct. If they are not, it means that the totem is no longer connected to the Internet, so refer to Faq 19 and 20 to reconnect it. Once connected, wait a few minutes for the date and time to be up to date and then switch the system back on.
